From the west
If you are coming from the west, along the M27, you are nearly there when the M27 turns into the A27. After the various Portsmouth, Cosham, Southsea etc. turn offs and where the A3(M) to London splits off from the A27, keep in the right hand lanes and head towards Chichester. Just after where the A3(M) splits off from the A27 is the Havant and Hayling Island turn off - take this one .

At the bottom of the slip road keep left and turn left at the roundabout, keeping left all the time. After about 100 metres, at the traffic lights, turn left into Solent Road and then immediately turn left again. You will have to stop at the security barrier and buzz me to let you in. Park any where in the middle and head for the reception entrance just to the left of Granvilles.


From the East
If you are coming from the East, from the Brighton - Chichester direction, pass by Chichester keeping on the A27 then after about 6 or 7 miles you will pass the first Havant turn off (also to Emsworth) then after about a quarter of a mile take the next turning for Havant and Hayling Island.

At the bottom of the slip road keep right and turn right going round the roundabout and under the A27 - keep in the left hand lane as you go under the roundabout and take the next exit towards Havant - keeping left all the time. After about 100 metres, at the traffic lights, turn left into Solent Road and then immediately turn left again. You will have to stop at the security barrier and buzz me to let you in. Park any where in the middle and head for the reception entrance just to the left of Granvilles.

From the North
If you are coming down the A3 you will be turning east onto the A27. As you get closer to Portsmouth look for the turning to Hayling Island. There is a long slip road at this point creating three lanes on the A3(M). At the bottom of the slip road take the second exit, straight across the roundabout and then the first exit, turning left, at the next. Here you drop down onto the A27 heading to Hayling Island, Havant, Chichester etc.

After a few hundred metres is the Havant and Hayling Island turn off - turn off here. At the bottom of the slip road keep left and turn left at the roundabout, keeping left all the time. After about 100 metres, at the traffic lights, turn left into Solent Road and then immediately turn left again. You will have to stop at the security barrier and buzz me to let you in. Park any where in the middle and head for the reception entrance just to the left of Granvilles.
